Return Policy

  • Claims for returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • All charges associated with returning materials, including shipping/handling, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from the return amount.
  • Opened CD’s & software may not be returned.
