This article is intended for Frog Street customers in the state of Texas who have elected to leverage the early childhood data gathered using AIM CRT Assessment for ECDS submissions to the TEA (Texas Education Agency).
To lessen the chance of encountering errors during the submission process, school staff are encouraged to review the student details of each student, verifying that the required fields are all correct, and confirming that their respective student state ID and date of birth are accurately recorded in AIM CRT.
From the web interface, select User Management, then select the Manage Students tab, and then click the Apply Filters button.
Then click the pencil icon to edit the details of each student.
If any changes are made within the student details, please be sure to click the Submit button so that those adjustments are saved.
