If you do not have this email in your regular mail or your junk mailyou will need to contact your IT staff. Some school districts and large organizations have mail filters that stop suspected SPAM at the mail server itself so that it does not reach users' inboxes. You will need to ask your IT staff to add to the list of allowed/safe senders.

If you are still using (see the screenshot below) you will need to access your account on the new portal site or register. Portal2 contains the same great resources and features much-improved technology and organization. 

Please go to the new portal site at and enter the email and password you used for the former portal. 

You may need to reset your password by selecting "Lost your password?". Look for an email with a link to "reset your password".  Be sure to monitor your junk/spam folder as some mail systems inadvertently route the email there.
