NOTE: Unless you used the same username and password, the password for the AIM site is not the same as the Frog Street Teacher Resource portal. These are two completely different programs.
On the login page, click the "Lost Password?" hyperlink to begin the process of resetting your password. Enter your username and click the Submit button.
You have two choices on how to reset your password.
If you choose to have the link emailed to you, it will be sent in minutes. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder as some mail systems inadvertently route the email there.
If you selected Option 2, you would be presented with the security question you chose when you changed your password from its default after your first successful login to the site.
