A description of data privacy for the Frog Street applications is described below as it relates to FERPA and COPPA requirements:


Frog Street Pre-K at Home is a digital online repository of instructional activities for teachers and parents to use with children. 

  1. Frog Street Customer Success staff have access to registration information in order to manage subscriptions and access to applicable content. 
  2. Student PII is not collected or stored in this online platform.  As this is a teacher and parent-use application, data stored is for registration information only (e.g., username, first name, last name, email, school name). To protect this information, data at rest is stored encrypted, and data in transit is secured using SSL. 
  3. No information is shared with third parties.
  4. This is a teacher and parent-use application. No student information is requested or stored in the system.
