We have released a new, upgraded Frog Street Teacher Resource Portal!  Be sure you are accessing the correct portal location.  To access the new Teacher Resource Portal (Portal2), go to https://portal2.frogstreet.com

With the purchase of curriculum, you get access to the Teacher Resource Portal.  Please register only for the curriculum the school has purchased.

New Teacher Access: To register for the Frog Street Portal use this link: https://portal2.frogstreet.com/.  Once you are at the log in page, choose “Don’t have an account yet? Click here to register!” Choose only the curriculum you teach and your school has purchased.  Click the green "Checkout" button.

Enter a username of your choosing, a password, your name, a school-issued email address (preferred – if available).  Under "More Information" enter all the required items.  If your curriculum was purchased for you by another entity, under Organization/District, enter the name of the purchaser and under School/Center enter the name of your school. EX: If a Coalition purchased curriculum for ABC Daycare, you would enter the full name of the Coalition in the Organization/District field and ABC Daycare in the School/Center field.  Please do not use initials or acronyms in your school/district name.

Once Frog Street receives your registration, we will approve your request and you will have access. We know you need to get started and we are diligently working on verifications so you can have access to your curriculum.  During our busy season (July-September), please allow at least 3 business days to gain access before contacting https://support.frogstreet.com for assistance.

**Self-registration is not available for users of our new FSPK 2020.  Please contact your school administrator or send a help ticket for access to FSPK 2020.

Existing User Access: If you were registered on Portal1 (portal.frogstreet.com), your account was moved during September 2020 to the new Frog Street Teacher Resource Portal (Portal2). All of your curriculum and account information remains the same as in Portal1. When your account was moved to Portal2, an email was sent to you with a "reset password" link to enable your access to Portal2. Go to https://portal2.frogstreet.com, and enter the email and password you used for Portal1.  You may need to reset your password by selecting the "Lost your password?" option. Look for an email with a link to "reset your password."  Be sure to monitor your junk/spam folder as some mail systems may route the email there.

Account Not Found: If your account "cannot be found," go to https://portal2.frogstreet.com and register for a new account. (See the New Teacher Access directions above).  Select the curriculum you purchased.  You will receive a system-generated email with your account status once your access is approved. Be sure to monitor your junk/spam folder as some mail systems may route the email there. Please allow at least 3 business days to gain access before contacting https://support.frogstreet.com for assistance.

**Self-registration is not available for users of our new FSPK 2020.  Please contact your school administrator or send a help ticket for access to FSPK 2020.

Add or Change Curriculum Access: Log in to your account at https://portal2.frogstreet.com and click "My Account."  Select the curriculum you need access to that your school has purchased and click "Submit." We will verify your account and you will be onboard shortly! Please allow at least 3 business days to gain access before contacting support@frogstreet.com for assistance. If you have difficulty selecting the new curriculum, contact https://support.frogstreet.com for assistance.

**"Adding" is not available for users of our new FSPK 2020.  Please contact your school administrator or send a help ticket for access to FSPK 2020.

Access to Curriculum Not Verified/Denied Notice: Please log in to Portal2 at https://portal2.frogstreet.com and review your account's profile information. You can review your information by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page and then "Edit Profile" beneath your username at the bottom.  If your curriculum was purchased by an organization other than the one that is listed, please update the organization field. You would then enter your school or center's name in the School/Center field.

If your account profile information was correct, please contact your supervisor to confirm the correct Frog Street Curriculum your school or center purchased.

Once your profile is updated and the specific Frog Street Curriculum is confirmed, please visit https://support.frogstreet.com and open a Support Center ticket.  We will work with you to get this resolved.

Expired Curriculum Access: If you receive this message, you are still using Portal1. Go to https://portal2.frogstreet.com and enter the email and password you used for Portal1.   You may need to reset your password by selecting "Lost your password?" option.  Look for an email with a link to "reset your password."  Be sure to monitor your junk/spam folder as some mail systems may route the email there.  If your account is not found, follow the instructions for "Account Not Found" shown above.
