It appears that you have successfully activated access to your Teacher Portal but still need to activate your ABCmouse access. This could be because an existing ABCmouse account is already associated to your email address. An email address can only be associated to one type of ABCmouse account.
When logging into the Teacher Portal, you should receive the prompt below. You will need to enter a secondary email and the password that you used to create your existing account. The secondary email will become the new email address for the existing account. For example, two years ago I signed up for a free ABCmouse account with the email #email@example.com and now I am receiving paid access by my school. I want to use #firstname.lastname@example.org for my new Enterprise Teacher account. In the prompt I would enter a new email, email@example.com, followed by the password I used for my free account. Now my email for my free account is firstname.lastname@example.org and #email@example.com is the email for my Enterprise account.
Lastly, I will need to create a password for my new Enterprise Teacher account. Once this prompt is completed, you will have access to ABCmouse and will need to use the credentials you just created.
