They do not necessarily need to make two separate accounts with two different emails. Note that with one ABCmouse home account, parents can make up to 3 child profiles. That means, they can have more than one student under an account. To do so, they will need to redeem one code at a time. Below are brief instructions.

 

  1. Visit www.ABCmouse.com/redeem.
  2. Enter the code for the first student.
  3. Create an ABCmouse account using the first student's code.
  4. Now that the first code has been redeemed and the ABCmouse account has been created, the parent can proceed with the second code.
  5. Log into the ABCmouse account that was just created.
  6. Visit www.ABCmouse.com/redeem.
  7. Enter the code for the second student.
  8. The parent should be prompted to select the child profile they would like to apply the code to. 
  9. They will need to select new child profile. Do not select the child profile for the first student.
  10. Now both students should be under one ABCmouse account and are properly connected to the classroom.
